Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mommies out there! (especially mine:) I hope everyone had a wonderful day!

My hubby happened to get sick and puke all day long. Felt bad for the poor guy, but so much for my one day a year off! jk. I'll just have to create my own alternative Mother's Day later in the week when he feels better. totally kidding. Last year we were out of town for my first Mother's Day and Doug forgot that Mother's Day would be that Sunday we were out of town, so he didn't bring me a gift. We were in Mexico so it's not like he could run to the store the night before. I felt bad for the poor guy cuz when we got home I got myself my own present! I went and had a spa day. :) This day he got me a very nice present that he spent a lot of time thinking about and he knew that I would like. Thanks baby! I love you!

EDIT TO POST: When I wrote this post I forgot to mention the fact that Doug knew we would have a busy weekend, so he took me out to eat and had a wonderful night on Friday night. He got a babysitter and everything! All I had to do was enjoy. We had a great weekend!
