Doug's mom came up to San Francisco to visit us this weekend and we had a great time! On Sunday we took a drive out to Stinson Beach. It took us about an hour to get there and can I just say that the road was soooo crazy windy I am surprised I didn't puke! It was the craziest road I think I've ever been on! Even Linkin started getting sick in the back seat. The views were absolutely amazing, so that helped with the carsickness at least. :) Wish we could have stayed longer but it was waaay to cold! We stayed for about 15 minutes and than got right back in the car to drive home. Some CRAZY people were actually getting in the water but they had to have been just pure stupid! ;)

It was so stinkin' cold at the beach. Linkin knew just what to do when we said we were going to go to the beach. He ran upstairs to his room and grabbed his bucket and his shovel! haha. The kid is smart! He held them the whole way to the beach to make sure he could make his sand castles. 
This is the view of Stinson Beach from above. Look how beautiful this beach is!!! AMAZING!!

Yikes it does look chilly. But really pretty. Link looks so determined with his bucket all ready to play, weather be darned.
I would definitely take a chilly day at the beach any day! Maybe someday in the future we will be there with you.
